"Thinking of opening a school shop in bewdley"

I need to buy new uniform and nearly spending £250 until this rude woman told the lady in front of me if you don't like it go elsewhere oh that's right this is the only school shop in this area is dropped everything and said I'll buy from the school direct.

I'm looking into an opening a school shop in bewdley and having it so you can buy online as well. I believe customers should be treated with respect.
