"Not fit for purpose"

Utterly rubbish under new management i have seen 3 new management over the years but nothing changes only the faces . They won't investigate old undelt with complaints they say what all of the old management said oh we won't do anything about the old incidents and this is why the old incidents keeps repeating. How many years has this been going on since 2010 13 years on and still nothing. They like to say they will do better the same old same old lessons will be learnt but never are thing they really do need to get a new line as the old one just isn't cutting it with the public they are not serving.
