"WORSE EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT PICKING UP - COSTING ME BECAUSE I CANNOT REFUN"

EPEISODE 1.

I bought 3 x garden storage boxes from Cosco and they delivered them.

Before the delivery the driver very kindly communicated with me to tell me when he would be able to come. I requested that he comes first thing in the morning and he did, all credit to him.

However, on inspection of the boxes, I found out that the 2 out of the three were the wrong ones.

They are 30kg boxes so I could not move them from the garden, so I rang Costco and I asked for the delivery company to change them asap.

They were supposed to come today to pick up the two boxes they delivered by mistake.

I asked them for the driver to ring me oprior to be coming. They said thay will try but could not guarantee that.

I had to prepare everything that was in the garden in -2 C and I dod that for them, however today at 15:20 I received a phone call that the driver came at 10.30 and there was nobody here!

Both myself and my wife were in, he just did not bother to knock on the door (if he came). Why? possibly because the boxes are heavy and could not handle them by himself? / herself?

I cannot get refund (over £500 ) from Costco because they cannot do their job right!

I am going to push for compensation, TWO people stayed in all day waiting for the delivery that never arrived (However we received 3 deliveries from Amnazon)
