"Need to be able to tell the time"

Ordered a taxi for 2-50 pm for an appointment at 3-00 pm half a mile away and explained I am disabled and needed to be picked up from my house, left instruction as to where I could be found but this must have fell on deaf ears as at 3-10 text message informed me they could not find me so cancelled the booking.I was still waiting at my front door. I have now to make another appointment so many more weeks of anguish. Will make other arrangements for then and it not be with these people..
