I Have had to deal

With these people on several occasions and there is never a time when there is not some drama. This time I went in at beginning of half term and ordered everything for my three kids. Went in to pay and collect and half of the order was missing and I got the blame! I went in again a few days later and it was found upstairs by the nice member of staff I dealt with. The elderly lady is rude, abrupt and has a bad attitude. They are not pleasant to deal with and need to pull their socks up and improve the service..
