"Haven't even shipped my order"

Purchased a school skirt the 19th online. Hasn't even been shipped yet , I've tried contacting them Multiple times via various channels and haven't heard anything back! Absolutely ridiculous. Why have a WhatsApp number and email / online form if you don't check it ? Seems rather stupid if you ask me ! I've always gone there for my kids uniform, definitely won't bother again after this. I will be continuing trying to contact them until i get a Refund.
